2020 the new theme is peace! The middle finger was never meant to be negative, it was always a positive statement to push through no matter what - good or bad, FUCK IT ALL! The new decade calls for new ways of thinking and processing information. I want to let the casual viewer know this decade we are about peace, love and self! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today is day 5 of 7 on my workout goal. If you have been following me for awhile (only real ones have made it to the based part of my caption) you will know I lost a lot of weight only intermittent fasting. I maintained the same weight for a long time after, but hit a point where I didn’t lose anymore. I knew I had to work out, so with the encouragement of my tribe I got a trainer and started getting busy. 4 months of 3x a week has me feeling like a good man but I wanted to push myself... insert the 7 day 30 min a day challenge! It’s been great so far and I’m thinking moving forward I’ll work out at least x5 a week! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you everyone who has sent the energy of encouragement my way!
