make a protein frosty with me🍫🍦 we’re adding cottage cheese to increase the protein even more! recipe inspo for this is @ kalekouture on IG! 1 cup ice (add more if you want it thicker & less for a thinner smoothie) 2/3 cup milk of choice 1/3 cup cottage cheese 2 tbsp Keifer (optional) or probiotic rich yogurt 1 scoop chocolate protein 1 tbsp ground flax (optional) pinch of sea salt blend & enjoy!
