Banana Chai Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe:
**makes 10 pancakes**
✨1.5 cups gluten free rolled oats
✨2 spotty bananas
✨1/2 cup nondairy milk
✨2 eggs
✨2 scoops Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides
✨2 tsp baking powder
✨1/2 tbsp chai spice (homemade or store bought, could also sub pumpkin spice)
✨1 tsp vanilla
✨pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about a minute until smooth. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of ghee, butter, vegan butter or oil to the pan. Once hot, scoop out 1/3 cup of batter per pancake. Let it cook for about 2 minutes or until it begins to get bubbly and fluffy. Then, flip and cook until golden on the other side.
