Continuing the theme of opening things with friends who know more than we do we present to you @theotherroom_lo. Since moving back to the @visitsyv we have been constant guests of Sandy and Chris’s wonderful taproom @thebackroom_at_valleybrewers. When they came to us asking if we would like to be involved with taking over an existing space in Los Olivos we jumped at the chance. We feel like with the ability of the Backroom crew to cultivate some of the most interesting California craft beers and @emilylynnblackman working on a tight but thoughtful wine selection for both drinking while having a seat or to take home with ya. Much like @bellslosalamos or @barlecote we have tried to create a space that we want to spend time in. For those that work in the service/hospitality industry looking for a thoughtful beer or wine. Thankful for Chris and Pete building out this beautiful space. Food will be coming soon too...but not yet - we like to walk before we run.
