"We visited the main island of St Vincent and the Grenadines, the private island of Mustique and the largely untouched gem Bequia. The memory is like a warm breeze.⁠ ⁠ Logistics:⁠ ⬛️ We flew into the main island of St Vincent directly from New York, then took a very small plane to Mustique, before chartering a private boat to Bequia⁠ ⁠ ⬛️ There is only one hotel available in Mustique. The rest of the lodging is private, typically very large, luxe villas for rent. Many are owned by notable celebrities and CEOs⁠ ⁠ ⬛️ In Mustique, it’s best to rent a “mule", which is basically an open-air, rechargeable golf cart that most use to get around the island. It’s a fun adventure⁠ ⁠ ⬛️ Bequia is old school Caribbean. Really chill vibes and not overdeveloped. The island has the best food and beaches⁠ ⁠ ⬛️ St Vincent and the Grenadines 🇻🇨 and Grenada 🇬🇩 are next door neighbours so the vibe is quite similar and the people feel like cousins.
