The place you belong to is the place where for the first time you had a conscious look at yourself. That’s Villa Cozzano for me. The place where I began to understand who I am and what makes my life worth living. I have been spending my entire childhood following stereotypes, trying to impress people, and being focused on the aesthetic appearance of myself and others. Villa Cozzano has shown me that all of that was wrong. Here I met thousands of people, from different parts of the world and I began to appreciate the difference between all of us, the little details that make everyone so special and unique. Here I have started to listen and observe nature and her life. I have started to see the real beauty. I believe you can understand how lucky we are to be in this world only when you start to notice the differences, observing the details. Everything is so chaotic but there is a “music” behind it that regulates the world. It’s made of emotions, experiences, sun and rain, darkness and light. It’s based on differences and contrasts. In every situation we face, there is a part of beauty. Even in the darkest soul, there is always a tiny bit of light.
