Just got back from an incredible trip on the new Viking Neptune ship and it was everything I hoped it would be and more! From exploring iconic destinations like Florence, Monte Carlo, Nice, Marseille and Barcelona, to capturing stunning sunsets and sunrises on the ship, to relaxing in the snow grotto and saunas at the spa, every moment was filled with beauty and adventure. One of the highlights of the trip was our visit to Florence, where I was able to photograph the stunning architecture of the Florence Cathedral, also known as the Duomo. The colors, details, and scale of the building were truly breathtaking. We also had the opportunity to visit Monte Carlo, where we saw the iconic Casino de Monte Carlo and walked the streets of Nice. In Marseille, we visited the city center and saw the beautiful Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde. And in Barcelona, we saw the incredible Sagrada Família, the iconic masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí. As a photographer, I loved being able to use my zoom lens to capture unique angles of the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde of Marseille and the iconic Sagrada Família in Barcelona from the ship. We also had the chance to relax and unwind on the ship. The spa was a true oasis, with its snow grotto and saunas, and it was the perfect way to recharge after a day of exploring.
