Congratulations to director Guillermo del Toro (@gdtreal) who took home the Golden Globe last night for best animated feature film, “Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio!” At our #MoMAContenders screening in December, del Toro introduced the film, saying “maybe the best version of Pinocchio was not the one where Pinocchio learns to be a real boy, but the one where Geppetto learns to be a real father.”
