I got to do something I don’t normally get to do today...get in the water! We’ve had amazing weather here in San Diego, and with water temps reaching the mid-70s, and a report of a Whale Shark lurking around, Kyle and I decided to pack our wetsuits and head out at first light this morning! While we didn’t find the largest cartilaginous fish, I was able to have my first successful in-water experience with the largest BONEY fish: The Mola Mola! This gentle giant seemed curious about the two humans swimming beside it, and the clear blue water made for an unforgettable experience!
