FIGHT OR FLIGHT...... Loving yourself truly and authentically isn't just about showering yourself with lavish gifts and feeling you have a point to prove on social media or to peers. Its about living in your authentic truth no matter what others think. Having total honesty with one's self is not an easy pill to swallow as you have to accept the good, bad and indifferent aspects of self. Looking in that mirror everyday and having total fulfillment regardless of your surroundings and current situations. I have worked too hard on myself to allow anything or anyone to pigeon hole me in a category they feel is acceptable due to their own unhappiness and misguided or misrepresented notion of what society states we should be. I wave my flag high knowing that my lifestyle and choices may not be for everybody, but if you chose to be in my presence there will be no choice but to respect all aspects of me. I do not conform I do not bend easily and for sure can not be broken. At a point in time flight mode was the only language I knew but since fully accepting myself in its entirirety, fight mode is how I have to be. I live in my truth good bad and indifferent, i live for myself and not for others. I accept and identify as me, in all forms and am happy with what I see.
