I’m always amazed at what just one weekend away can do for your mental health. Going into our weekend with @nectaryoga & @mistthermal I really had no idea what to expect. I was excited to get out of the city and into the nature of Bowen Island, but what we got was so much more than that. From the guided meditations & yoga sessions, to the shared breakfasts, to the sauna & cold plunge with @mistthermal, every moment of the weekend was deeply intentional and rejuvenating.
