Japan day 1 🇯🇵 We spent the day exploring the areas around Mt Fuji! Kids woke up at 4am from jet lag so we made the most of it and got an early start! We were out for 12 hours straight and: • Climbed up to Chureito Pagoda to get a view of Mt Fuji from above! • Walked around the stunning Shiraito Falls and picked flowers • Went to a traditional noodle house and tried the local specialty, Hoto noodles 🍜 • Walked around Lake Kawaguchi and saw the spring flowers and and played at the park 🌸 • Went to an Onsen (traditional Japanese bathhouse) and got a massage • Ate dinner at a conveyor belt sushi where the nigiri was only 50 cents a piece! Exhausting and SO happy to be here!! Tomorrow we start our roadtrip around the Japanese alps!
