This morning I didn’t want to go to my Yoga Class, I was too tired from the whole last week and I have been barely sleeping but then I remembered what @rosamontanah said to us, the way to achieve excellence is just keep fucking pushing. Just. One. More. Time. Excellence not perfection! Keep pushing!
