It’s no frills, easy to make and really freaking good 🥚🤌🏻 6 hard boiled eggs 1 TBSP Mayo (regular or avocado) 1 tsp Dijon mustard Pinch cracked pepper Pinch everything bagel seasoning Pinch of garlic powder Separate egg whites and yolks. Slice the whites and place in a bowl. Keep one egg yolk and toss the rest (or save and repurpose for something else) In a separate bowl mix the one egg yolk, Mayo, mustard and seasoning until creamy. Fold in the sliced egg whites and voila! Spread on a bagel, top with some fresh herbs if you fancy 😉 #danamademedoit
