Shameless twin update 🥥🥥 2.5 weeks post surgery. Babies still riding high but slowly dropping! This week I was allowed to add in light cardio & finally w feel like I have to ask @handsomeassquinton to help me with absolutely everything, just opening pickle jars & anything over 10lbs lolz😅 In all seriousness though, this recovery has been such a blessing in more ways than just a new pair of tittys. Like how often do you actually take time to just sit in silence with your own thoughts? Bring still? I’ve had so much time to reflect & think. It’s been amazing 🙏 Before my BA I can’t even think of the last time I’ve had more than 2 days off from training 🤯 I know there was a lot of ladies curious in my recovery so there’s my little update 🤍 like I’ve mentioned before I HIGHLY recommend @drjonathantoy . He has amazing bedside manner & has been great getting back to all of my questions. Could not recommend him enough! #breastaugmentation #fitnessmotivation #stillness
