Just like the professionals are busy perfecting their serve for Finals Weekend, so am I. My top tip? Stir with your Swan Bar spoon for 50 turns for a superbly chilled Sipsmith Martini. It's a good job my feathers are waterproof... To craft your serve at home: Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add 10-15ml vermouth and stir for a few seconds. Add 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin to the mixing glass and stir briskly for 50 turns. Strain into a chilled glass and serve with a twist - or a slice, if you will. - Mr Swan
