Shadow work: What are these darkness and loss for? Am I not praying enough? Am I living in hell? How can I come to terms with these within myself? What else, where else are there to explore? If you don’t ask these questions, you’re just idolizing somebody else’s concept of the divine. No matter how much you look up to the heavens, unless you learn to swim into the abyss of yourself with full recognition, then you’ll forever be bound by your own unrecognizable shadows. People are slowly understanding shadow work and I'm here for it 🥺 Speaking your truth will only be as far as you’ve met yourself from the start. It’s okay to start over. Working with both light and darkness isn’t a work of atrocity. It constitutes a challenging labor of rebirth. There is nothing scarier than facing our own shadows, but no greater fulfillment than doing the messy work. You already know who to forgive without forgetting. May it be others or yourself you gotta start believing in yourself again. There’s no such thing as limiting yourself to achieving what you are called to do in this lifetime 🫀 The good and the bad part is, you will always have time. But the greatest part is; your time will show up if you simply allow it 👁 How deep into the darkness are you willing to dive in? And how much darkness will you bring to the surface? Everyday is an opportunity for resurrection. Allow it to spell out 🌬
