Here’s the deal 👇 We’ve fully rebuilt our app, giving us complete control to keep improving your workout experience 💪 We had to start with what you already love, but we’ve also added some things you’ve been asking for: ✨ Simplified navigation and a fresh design 🗓️ View and edit your workouts before starting, so you can plan out your week 👀 Choose between guided & list view (where you can log weight for a whole block in as little as 2 taps!) 💡 Exercise info screen with target muscle groups, cues, and demo videos—all in one place (no scrolling needed!) 🔄 Preview alternates before swapping ⏱️ Timer resets for both sides ⏳ New AMRAP timer so you don’t need to leave the app! The update will be rolled out across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store over the next week. If you have automatic updates enabled on your phone, you won’t need to do anything! You’ll see the updated icon once you have the newest version. We can't wait to hear what you think!
