Last week I was invited on an incredible weekend trip to Charleston with my fellow design colleagues by @urbanelectricco to tour their incredible multiple warehouses and enjoy the 46th anniversary of #thespoletofestival. Of Charleston... The owners of @urbanelectricco @davedawson and his wife jenniferdawson71 us at their incredible home and Dave also toured the factories showing us how a truly organized made in America company is run down to the last widget... while also looking just like Tom Cruise... lol. The incredible organizer and designer @palmerweiss made it all happen for us in her hometown with @urbanelectricco. ‘s incredible @tommystefanek and @missyhulsey who made all the gears run smoothly for us all. We toured designer @cearadonnelleyltdco stunning historic Charleston home , had an enchanting tented evening dinner in the gardens of the famous Nathaniel Russell house thanks to the @historiccharlestonfoundation, we saw the iconic new play Omar as well as engagingly enjoyable contemporary and old chamber music, we had Southern fried Delectables for lunch at charming Leon’s recommended by all and great rounds of cocktails every night with our lively design crew at The chic Dewberry hotel chock full of @urbanelectricco lighting.. it was a magical 3 days ..
