We are excited to announce our paper examining the reliability and effectiveness of a Lateral CMJ (lateral skater) for stratifying shuffling performance amongst elite basketball athletes is now available in an open-access format. We have been studying lateral movement since 2006 at P3 and felt it was time to start sharing some of our insights that have helped form our current assessment/development procedures. In this paper, we report on the within and between-session reliability of several kinetic metrics from the LCMJ.
