Today’s subject is @coldwaterkitchendocumentary and I chat with Chef Jimmy Lee Hill, the subject of the film (which just made its debut at @docnycfest), and exec producer @desirevlevy. “Coldwater Kitchen” follows Chef Hill and three of his students in the culinary program at Lakeland Correctional Facility in Coldwater, Michigan. Chef Hill has run this program for 33 years and taught kitchen skills to thousands of men in the prison system, and is the most humble person you’ll ever meet.
