Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers out there, busting their asses to make sure their kids don’t have to! I had a great time with my dad today!❤️ He subliminally taught me to be fit and healthy, to have a vicious work ethic. I’m so glad the smart phone wasn’t around when I was a young child. The world is now full of constant distractions, those who can mute the noise of the world, may actually one day reach their goals. The phone seems to be robbing people of their ambitions, it’s going to be a real challenge keeping my kids relationship with the “smart”phone a healthy one.... 👀... how many hours screen time per day is healthy!!???!!!???
