By the feedback. By the love. By the energy everyone brought into the room as we held our first private cast & crew screening of @stilllieben.film at @fotografiska.berlin An intimate gathering with family, friends, collaborators and a few handpicked guests, who mostly have been walking this journey with me. This wasn’t a premiere more a still, intentional gathering around the work.
A moment to breathe, to reflect, and to reconnect before the world meets it. Thank you to @fotografiska.berlin for creating this space with me - that felt safe, warm, honest and deeply human. Exactly what this film needed. This work is rooted in Black masculinity, vulnerability, reprogramming and leans into inner landscapes of unspoken tensions, quiet shifts, and the truths we often avoid. I’m grateful for every single person who showed up.
