All made in my little kitchen ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฅฐ Iโ€™ve been feeling so inspired to spend more time in the kitchen this year!๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณโœจ Last year and especially over the holidays I ate out and ordered in way more than usual (so yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹ but honestly my body didnโ€™t feel its best) Thereโ€™s just something about home cooked meals that hits different.. knowing exactly whatโ€™s going in and that itโ€™s all made with love! ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿฅ— This year Iโ€™m committing to nourishing myself with mostly homemade meals ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿด especially in these first few months. Not in a strict way but because itโ€™s what makes me feel so good.. like my best self inside and out ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’› Cooking at home has been such a big part of my health journey and itโ€™s one of the ways Iโ€™ve managed to support my gut health ๐Ÿฆ  and prevent PCOS flare ups. Iโ€™ve learned that taking care of yourself is a never ending journey ๐ŸŒˆ and for me food is at the heart of it all. So this is me challenging myself to get creative in the kitchen again, trying new recipes ๐Ÿ› learning new cuisines ๐Ÿฃ and bringing back some old favorites ๐Ÿฒ Honestly I canโ€™t wait to dive in!
