🥪Doomsday Deli, Copenhagen After an early morning flight, the only thing leah and I wanted was a sandwich and doomsday deli delivered🤘🏻 With a very limited menu that is half bfast and half lunch sammies, Doomsday’s menu had some unique pairings but each item was amazing quality and paired perfectly! 🍆I got the roasted aubergine sandwich that was on a super soft white bread and topped with tomato miso paste, lettuce, pickled onions, cilantro mayo, and chili crunch! Lots of flavors and they all worked together sooo well 🥓Leah ordered the BLAT! Their take on this traditional sandwich was caramelized onion, bourbon bacon jam, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella on super fresh sourdough. Didn’t try anything but the bread, but that part was fire! Perfect quick lunch spot and the interior design was such a slay💋
