Patience rewarded, months of trying to get conditions to line up and it all came together for one brief morning. A lake in Montenegro showed me how uniquely beautiful tidal wetlands can be. After Covid changed all future travel plans in an instant, my attention turned to trying to document my home in a new way. Using time and an understanding of my home environment to try to capture rare moments, inspired by places nobody would connect to coastal New England.
