This time last year I lost my ma. It still feels like I’ll never get over the shock. She was a maverick; “Never retire Rebecca, just do something else”. She did an MA in creative writing in her late 60s, and in her 70s was still doing humanist ceremonies for outcasts and people with a difference in Belfast. I love her so much. Love to anyone else who has lost someone recently. Hurts like mad, but we’ve got this❤️
