How great to finally make it into the recently opened @kolomannyc last week and be able to shoot once again with the very talented Chef @markusglocker - even better to see the results in this weeks paper (do we still call it a paper?) and see the @kolomannyc team garner 3 shining stars from @nytimes @pete_wells . I really loved what they have done with a very longstanding and familiar space, making it their own, with nice handsome touches of Viennese modernism. And of course the food looked technically beautiful and precise - and a pleasure to meet Pastry Chef @emiko.suki who seems to be making big waves with her work there, both with Pete and @esquire @thegordinier who recently named her Pastry Chef of the year! Congrats to all on the hard work - looking forward to going in for a proper experience soon!
