The kids will never want to leave the kitchen with our Rainbow Waffle Recipe 🧇🌈👇 Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 3/4 cups milK • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup butter melted • 1 tablespoon white sugar • 4 teaspoons baking powder • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract • 1/4 teaspoon salt • Favourite Colour Mill Pigments Instructions: 1. Preheat your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray or a little melted butter. 2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer until light, fluffy and pale in color. 4. Add the vanilla to the egg mixture and then combine with dry mixture. 5. Add the butter and milk, blending until just smooth. 6. Divide mixture into 4 bowls. Add a few drops of Colour Mill to each bowl. Mix until fully combined. 7. Pour spoonfuls of each colour onto hot pan. Rotate in colours until pan is completely coated with all four. 8. Cook until batter is golden brown. Repeat until the rest of the batter is complete. 9. Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles & enjoy! 🙌
