At L'Oréal we strive to be as diverse as the beauty lovers we serve. OUT @ L’Oreal is one of our many employee-driven think tanks; it advocates for LGBTQIA+ inclusivity, equality, and self-expression in the workplace and the marketplace. These efforts extend well beyond #PrideMonth, with year-round volunteer initiatives, activations, social events and more to both create a sense of camaraderie among employees and to provide support for the LGBTQIA+ community at large. Members, allies and friends of OUT will be marching over 100 strong at this year’s New York City Pride March and can’t wait to be back together in person to celebrate. See you there! 🌈
