We strive to ‘finish first’ so being the world’s first Nigerian Tapas restaurant is pure Nigerian excellence 👏 My fave and must-order dishes of the meal are the Egusi bowl, Caramel Kuli Kuli Chicken and the Sinasir and Miyan Taushe. The Egusi bowl is probably the most traditional dish on the menu and very close to what I grew up eating 🫶 As a seriously underrated cuisine, restaurants like Chuku’s do an amazing job at introducing authentic Nigerian flavours to those who have never experienced them. If you’re a bit intimidated by trying traditional Nigerian dishes (which you shouldn’t be!), then introduce yourself through these tapas dishes.
