This is easy but it also tastes f****ng BANGING. 6 tomatoes I bulb of garlic 2 sweet peppers 125 ml oat cream Bunch of Basil A good bit of Nooch 😉 Splash of Chilli sauce Salt & pepper Chuck the toms, peppers in the oven with the garlic wrapped in foil. Roast for about 35 mins on 200c. Put some water on the boil and cook your pasta. Add the toms, pepper and garlic to a food processor along with the Basil, oat cream and nooch. Wazz it all up then add to a pan. Add the chilli sauce and season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and serve.
