1. You’re not seeing results because you aren’t consistent enough….with all of it. It’s a marathon not a sprint. And no one wants to hear this but your sleep matters every night, your water intake matters every day, your activity level (or lack there or) counts for your or against you. And there are no “cheat meals” for doing good all week, especially when you have a food amount of weight to cut. 2. There’s no way out of tracking. There I said it. If your goal is to cut fat, gain muscle aka “tone up” then you have to track what goes in your mouth, pretty regularly for a pretty long time. Period. 3. The physique that you’re actually looking for comes from lifting…everything else is cute. But the cut arms, the lifting booty, the carved out back that everyone’s drooling over…that’s built and bred in the gym. Bonus: you need to lift heavier, with intention and have a program behind your sessions.
