I’m waking up everyday at the moment appreciating that i’ve never been in this shape before in my life. @marcelvormawah reminded me earlier to do it all with a smile and he’s right... the mental/physical/emotional test of this process is one i’m embracing massively. I’ve learnt a lot about me and I appreciate myself, I appreciate my mental toughness and resiliance. I’m about 1/3rd of the way through the book ‘The Miracle Morning’ i mentioned it on my story a few weeks ago and a few have read it already and thanked me for sharing. I read slow but i’m enjoying it up to now, self improvement is vital if I want to achieve my dreams. Heavy one that wasn’t it! 😅 Hope everyones enjoying the sun!!!
