Ok, so self care looks different for everyone, but I’ve found a couple of new forms of self care that I’m currently obsessed with thanks to @saunafloatact.
So for those who haven’t tried an infrared sauna or salt flotation before, let me introduce you.
Infrared Sauna 🧖🏼♀️ Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead they use infrared light to heat the body directly.
Why use an infrared sauna? Sweating out toxins, better sleep, glowing skin, weight loss, anti inflammatory benefits and joint pain, improving the immune and cardiovascular system.
Salt Flotation 🧖🏼♀️ with over 550kg of pharmaceutical grade epsom salt it’s a great way to (literally) float away stress, tension and pain. If you need a mental switch off, I cannot recommend this enough.
Why use salt floatation? Anxiety and stress, improving sleep, pain relief and faster recovery, meditation, skin improvement and just general health and wellness.
