Several years ago, I got to head up the creature effects for an awesome short film called #empireofdirt directed by @adammason75 and starring @pauliesloan The film was part Hellraiser and part Lovecraft, with the incredible @the_mark_steger in the makeup above. I used a prosthetic I sculpted for @rbfx and sculpted an additional mouth prosthetic to apply on each cheek, as per the request of director and producer.
