It’s totally normal to not always be in “the mood” or “not feel” like working out. I have always used this method because 9/10 times once in at the gym and have started moving my body my whole mood changes. Plus the way I feel after the workout is just so amazing. Sometimes we have resistance towards things but that doesn’t always mean it’s a bad thing. If you feel worse after you do what you’ve been resistance than that’s how you know that you shouldn’t do it but if you feel better after it’s just BS.
