I have to be honest. This was served cold and was not very good eats. When I cut the beignet open the mousse was only on one side of the beignet. Very sweet and perhaps too much so. I just can’t get over the fact that it tasted artificial like crazy and was served cold. Also, one small beignet for $6 is not a good value. 3.5/10 rating
