When @oliviarink and I began working together in 2017, my social following grew in a way I never expected. I was suddenly an “influencer photographer” and known as Liv’s primary photographer. I don’t even think most people know I’ve been a full-time “wedding photographer” for 15 years, having shot somewhere around 300 weddings. My influencer world and wedding world have been separate jobs, focuses and very different creative processes. But this weekend... one we’ve been waiting for, for a long time.... my two worlds collide when I photograph Olivia “The Influencer” as Olivia “The Bride”. 👰🏼‍♀️ Her and @chempel__’s wedding day was postponed an entire year, so it’s been a loooong engagement and it’s surreal that 8.28.21 is finally here. To have the opportunity to shoot one of my best friend and creative partner’s weddings.... it’s just.... it’s overwhelming and I have NO idea where my emotions will be on Saturday.
