Just a Monday note of appreciation for this guy right here @danricher and the magic of @razzanj - I was slow on the draw to get here, as I often can be, but when Dan reached out about doing a photo shoot, I was so jazzed to finally make it out to Jersey City and see what I had been missing - it turns out, id been missing a lot! Had a fun day shooting my way through Dans menu, and Dan turns out to be the nicest guy on the planet. Ended up staying for a proper dinner that night, and it just blew me and @victoriablamey away - just the level of obsessive detail and thought that Dan puts into his baking, his dough, his toppings, his everything...it was just so special and delicious. Great vibe, love that original room in all its weathered glory, and the nicest FOH team. Ive probably returned 5 times already in a pretty short span of time and definitely looking forward to the next! 🍕🍕🍕🍕 (get that pepperoni pie!!)
