5 practises I follow in a day for healthy hair ✨
• Dried nuts & seeds - i intake required amount of almonds, walnuts, pumkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds & dates every day along with breakfast.
• Rosemary & mint water spray - Helps in regrowth of hair and strengthens the follicles.

After 8-10 hours of gap
• Scalp serum - Peptide rich scalp serum along with 2-3 mins of inverted head massage in circular motion.
