3 bed, 2 bath 1800sq ft before renovations! On about a 1/2 acre lot (the BIGGEST backyard we never thought possible this close to the beach!) The renovation projects we’re contracting out immediately (to be done by the time we move in in a couple months!) are: ⚒knocking out the wall dividing the kitchen from the living room, the front closet, and a couple half “dividing” walls to open up the floor plan. 🛠extending the kitchen into the garage and adding a laundry/mudroom as well. (Bringing the house up to roughly 2,000 Sq ft!) 🔨new light wood floors 🪟4 new skylights 🪜new backyard fence for Copper 🎨fresh paint throughout There’s a handful of other little things but those are the big tasks! Top on my to do list for DIY projects once we get there is refinishing the fireplace and temporarily updating the master bath (it’s rough) This journey is such a wild ride but SO fun!!!
