Hi coffee friends ✨ We wanted to take a second to introduce ourselves — we’re Ari and Shaina, best friends of over 20 years, born and raised in Huntington Beach. We’ve always loved coffee — embarrassingly, going all the way back to our high school days when we would overdo the extra caramel in our Starbucks Frappuccinos. As life took us to different places — Shaina to Kauai, and Ari to South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas — we continued exploring new coffee spots and their local coffee trends. Once we both became moms and found ourselves back home in Huntington together in 2023, we spent countless mornings walking with the kids and grabbing coffee from our favorite local spots. Somewhere along the way, the “what if we opened our own coffee shop?” conversation became a regular one — sometimes out of pure love for coffee, and other times out of frustration at paying too much for what felt like a cup of milk with a splash of espresso. So, with our shared passion for using organic products (and maybe adding one more thing to our already full plates), we decided to start a mobile coffee cart in early 2025! Our goal is to serve at all kinds of events — because there’s always a need for delicious espresso — and to keep our products as organic as possible (so far, we’re at 100%!). Our lives have always revolved around the coast — whether physically or mentally — and we hope to share that coastal feeling with all of you someday.
