As 2022 winds down it’s a great time to reflect on an incredible triathlon season! • 2022 marked the first time an IRONMAN World Championship was held outside of Hawaii • We got two incredible IRONMAN World Championship races - May in Saint George, and October in Hawaii • The IMWC was raced as a 2-day event for the first time (and maybe only time in Kona) • Kona rookies made their mark on the Big Island in a BIG way • The PTO hosted the Inaugural Canadian Open & US Open • The IM 70.3 World Championship was move to after Kona, and featured amazing performances • @worldtriathlon Championships came down to the final race AND so much more!
