My first Claypot Rice experience in Hong Kong 🇭🇰! READ BELOW 👇 for more info! While, I was in HK, I really wanted to try Claypot Rice (, “Bo Zai Fan”). I really treasure my experience at Wing Hop Sing (📍360 Des Voeux Rd W, Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong), which is known for their baked Bo Zai Fan. I opted to try their crowd favorite hand-chopped minced beef Claypot Rice with runny egg. The runny egg perfectly coated each grain of rice and the sweet soy sauce drizzle was perfect with crispy rice. During my visit, I also got to try their Steamed Pork Patty with Salted Fish. This dish is best paired with white rice and is a Cantonese classic! Plus, a side order of Gai Lan (Chinese broccoli) balanced out the flavorful dishes that I ate.
