Ben & Tao, maybe my favorite couple on screen 🌈 @tristanzanchi and I truly lived magic the night we shot this scene. We were both deeply stressed because of how technically difficult it was for us and how important it was in their story. But when we heard “action” - I remember giving a huge and silent hug to Tristan before going on stage - and all of a sudden, there was no more Jin Xuan and Tristan making a scene as actors, no more the entier technical team around us, no more Ben and Tao living their pivotal moment. All there was were two souls connecting and vibrating profoundly, intimately and mysteriously. We were transcended. It was one of those magical moments of grace that you get to live only if you’re lucky enough. Until today, whenever I think about this instant, I’m still moved by that indescribable emotion.
