I believe anyone and everyone out there should have a mentor, especially if you’re running a successful business. A mentor is someone who has far more experience and expertise than you. They have followed the exact path you are on now. They have been through the ups and downs of operating in the industry and know how to spot red flags 🚩 when they see one. A mentor is not your teacher. He’s not going to spoon-feed you every step of the way. Instead, a mentor will guide you, fine-tune your ideas, and set you on the path to success.
