my minolta camera was malfunctioning, maybe from shooting too fast. this happened to me a few times before on other trips or while photographing events and i’ve had to use my point and shoot cameras as back up. i remember this also happened in oaxaca. but now i use an external auto-winder to prevent jamming & shutter issues. plus i cant afford to keep fixing my cameras. at first when i got my film back i was disappointed that some of the photos i was expecting to be clear were double & even triple exposed. there are about 10 frames like this. but after sitting with them for a while i began to like these unplanned photo collages 🎞
