✨My super simple stress release tea with chamomile and rose✨
Simply steep a teaspoon of each of the dried herbs in a cup of boiling water for five to ten minutes, strain and drink warm. Chamomile works on our nervous system receptors to induce relaxation while rose petals contain flavonoids which directly target the production of the stress hormone cortisol. Sip on this tea and take a few deep breaths of the aroma and allow the stress to melt away. 💛
