Buns out the wazoo!🥐 My must do list in Copenhagen wasn’t super extensive bc I just wanted to explore and eat good, but one thing I had on there was “buns out the wazoo” and let me tell you...the buns were out the wazoo🤭 there was at least two pastries consumed each day and every single one was incredible. A personal standout was the cardamom croissant (last pic) from Hart. It had a crispy exterior, subtle cardamom flavor, and this insane(!!) chewy bottom! While Hart was one of my favs, every pastry is such high quality and perfectly baked in Copenhagen that I really think you can go wrong. After getting back home I had to fight the urge to get a pastry every day bc it became such a fun habit and after making this post, I’m in desperate need of something sweet...and may have plans to go get a bun tomorrow 🙂‍↕️
